Please note our following terms and conditions :-

  1. Your deposit of £20 is non refundable under any circumstances, however if you need to change dates or times and we are able to accomodate this with no loss of revenue we will do so but it is at the discretion of management.
  2. Siblings or other children not invited to the party are able and welcome to come in and play but they will be subject to our normal admittance charge which must be paid by either yourself or the parent/guardian.
  3. Children attending your party will be your responsibility and will need to be supervised whilst on our premises. Unruly, disruptive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and if children persist in that behaviour they will be asked to leave.
  4. We do not provide the cake but will happily serve yours, cut it up and put it in the party bags in the serviettes provided by ourselves.
  5. Our parties are for 2 hours and we would ask for yourself and guests not to arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to the allotted time, upon completion of the party we would ask for party and guests to leave no later than 10 minutes after the end.
  6. Confirmation of final numbers of children attending the party must be notified to us no later than the day before. Numbers will not be allowed to be altered on the day of the party as staffing and supplies will have been allocated.
  7. You will be charged based upon the confirmed numbers however as a courtesy to customers we will allow a 2 child grace, beyond this we will charge full price even if the children do not attend. For example if you confirm 15 children and only 10 turn up we will charge in full for 13 less the £20 deposit paid. Our minimum number of children is 10 and any less than this we will charge in full for the 10.
